11 Months Old

Our little man is almost a year old, how can this be? I have loved having the opportunity to stay at home with our baby boy. He is such a joy and blessing to our lives. This past month was a little rough. Chase got a bad virus that lasted for about 2 weeks. He had all the symptoms of a stomach bug (won't go into details) and lost over a pound. It was a little scary at one point but, being 1st time parents going through this, the doctors were great in helping calm our fears. Chase is all better now and regaining all his weight back and back to his active, happy self!

Some of what Chase is doing now:
1. He knows where his tummy is and will point to it
2. Eating some table foods
3. Standing for several seconds
4. Loves sharing his toys & food with Zoe (So CUTE!)
5. Says ni, ni (night, night), puh (puppy) no, no and ahhh when he puts his head on his stuffed duck
6. Still all over the place =)
7. Waves bye, bye (when he wants to, usually after you leave)
8. Likes to do "high fives"

Chase, our love for you grows stronger and stronger everyday. You have brought so much joy to our lives and we couldn't imagine life with out you. You are such a special little man and we look forward to what life has in store for you. Love you buddy!
